Enhanced Service Providers such as Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are considered to be key customers of ExaTEL and as such will be provided with:

• A dedicated account representative
• 24/7 access to ExaTEL's Network Operations Centre (NOC)
• Advanced notification of service affecting activities
