Available Special Needs Services:

Message Relay Service (MRS) is available on all ExaTEL local lines capable of outbound calling.

ExaTEL's MRS operator will assist placing or receiving calls from a TTY/Teletype. The MRS operator will also assist in placing Voice Carry Over (VCO), and Hearing Carry Over (HCO). Voice Carry Over enables a person with a hearing disability to speak with the other party directly. Hearing Carry Over allows a person with a speech disability to hear the other party.

ExaTEL's MRS can be accessed by dialing 711 on an ExaTEL local line capable of outbound calling.
